Roasted Asparagus with Prosciutto
- 1 bunch asparagus OR 4-5 stems per person
Preheat oven to 425.
Carefully wrap each stem of asparagus with a thin piece of prosciutto, spiraling from one end to the other.
Sprinkle with pepper and bake at 425 until prosciutto is brown and crispy and asparagus is tender, about 15 minutes. Poke with a fork to test if you can’t tell.
