Eggs in Toast

Eggs in Toast

Ingredients:

Bread
Eggs
Butter

Procedure:

Using a small cookie cutter, remove a circle or other shape from the center of a piece of bread.  Butter both sides.

Place buttered bread in a non-stick pan on medium heat.  Add egg to the center and cook until whites are starting to set.  Flip and cook the other side to soft, medium or hard fried.

Serve with bacon, juice and fruit.
