Super Siimple and wonderful – throw this in the oven with a baked potato so they cook at the same time, pair with a salad, or not. The smell of rosemary will fill your house.
Chicken Thighs with Honey Mustard and Rosemary
- 4-6 Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 sprigs rosemary (crushed)
- 2 tbs large grained mustard
- salt (pepper, garlic)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix honey, mustard, olive oil and spice together, add the rosemary. Place chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over the thighs.
- Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, until browned and cooked through thoroughly.
