Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 package or several handfuls of cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- garlic cloves optional
- parchment paper
Slice tomatoes in half and place on parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh chopped herbs of your choice. Roast till golden brown, serve with warmed goat cheese and crackers.
