- 1 package or several handfuls of cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- garlic cloves (optional)
- parchment paper
How to Do It:
- Slice tomatoes in half and place on parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh chopped herbs of your choice. Roast till golden brown, serve with warmed goat cheese and crackers.
